Welcome to NEU HOME SERVICES. At NEU HOME SERVICES ("we," "us," "our" etc.), we connect homeowners with home improvement contractors for renovation of Customers' homes. NEU Home Services provides you with access to www.neuhomeservices.com ("Website") and all the Services available through the Website (collectively the "Services"). This Privacy Policy governs your visit to NEU HOME SERVICES and explains the manner in which we collect, store and safeguard information that results from your use of our Service. By using our Service, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this Policy. Our goal in this Policy is to be completely transparent about the data we collect, why we collect it, and how we use it, in order to help you make your home improvement project a delightful experience.

Home Improvement Contractors: "Home Improvement Contractors" are users who have created accounts (free or paid) with us for rendering renovation services to the homeowners, participate in our advertising Services, and participate in other Services that we direct towards them.

Account related information: "Account related information" means contact information and biographical information about a customer or their representatives and contacts used for marketing, opening new user accounts to use our Services, and maintaining existing accounts.

Customer content: "Customer Content" means data or content in the customer properties to which the Company has access and any other data a customer submits to the Company, or the Company generates for a customer in connection with the use of the Services (not including account related information).

Claims: "Claims" means, collectively, claims, demands, suits, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, actions, judgments and expenses including reasonable attorney's fees.

If the Contractor wants to contact you based on the anonymized profile of "NEU HOME SERVICES" and the pages you visited, we will contact you to see if we can make that connection. Sometimes, if we are working with a third party to improve the leads we provide to our Contractors, we may provide that third party with additional but limited personally identifiable information for the sole purpose of their carrying out their duty to us.
